NON-RESIDENTIAL:
 
   The application fees for all non-residential land development will be based on the proposed sewage flow on an Equivalent Dwelling Unit (EDU) of 400 per gallon per day equals one lot.
 
ON-LOT SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM DESIGNS AND PLANNING MODULE ASSISTANCE:
   On-lot sewage disposal system designs and sewage planning module assistance will be completed at an hourly rate plus cost of copies, postage and mileage @ the prevailing hourly rate for the Primary Sewage Enforcement Officer.
 
Land Surveying services will be billed at a rate and will be charged directly to the client, all fees payable to the Township.

SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 
   Township Fees
 
      Plan Processing Fees:
 
      The following fees shall be paid to Lamar Township at the time of plan submission or filing for evaluation and processing of proposed subdivision or land development plans. No plans shall be considered filed until the appropriate processing fee is received. No fees shall be refundable.
         Sketch Plans: There shall be no charge for the evaluation of sketch plan submission.
         Preliminary Plans: The fee for processing of all preliminary subdivision or land development plans shall be:
            Subdivisions
               2 lots

            Land Development
 
               Residential Development
$150 per plan plus $10 for each dwelling unit shown on the plans.
               Non-Residential Developments

         Preliminary/Final Plans: When Preliminary/Final plans are submitted together, fee shall be same as Preliminary
         Final Plans: There shall be charge for final plans
      Improvement Design Review Fees:
         The applicant shall reimburse Lamar Township for all reasonable and necessary charges by the Township Engineer and/or consultant for review of site improvement or development designs and report thereon to the Township of Lamar in accordance with the procedure set forth in § 22-207 of the Lamar Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance.
      Improvement Inspection Fees:
         Where improvements are required by Lamar Township to be installed as a condition of final approval of a subdivision or land development plan, said improvements must be inspected by the Township Engineer in accordance with the procedure established in § 22-207 of the Lamar Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance upon their completion.
         The applicant shall reimburse Lamar Township for all reasonable and necessary expenses associated with the inspection of the infrastructure improvements by the Township Engineer.
   County Plan Review Fees
      The applicant shall be responsible for assuming all costs associated with the review of his/her subdivision or land development plans by the Clinton County Planning Commission, according to the fee schedule and procedure established by the Clinton County Planning Commissioners.
