The board of trustees of the village may impose, by ordinance, any appropriate conditions on any license issued pursuant to this title. In addition, all licenses shall be subject to the provisions stated in this title and subject to the following conditions:
A. Quality Of Operations: Every business, activity and occupation for which a license is issued or renewed shall be operated or conducted in a manner not substantially adverse to the best interests of the village, the village residents, and the customers or clients of such business, activity or occupation.
B. Malfeasance Or Misfeasance: No owner, employee or agent of any business, activity, or occupation for which a license is issued or renewed shall engage in any act of malfeasance or any act of misfeasance while engaged in the operation or conduct of such business, activity or occupation.
