In addition to the boards and commissions established in other chapters of this title, the village president by appointment or the board of trustees by motion, resolution, or ordinance duly adopted may designate and establish other boards and commissions of the village advisory to the board of trustees as the president or board of trustees deem advisable from time to time. The membership of any board or commission advisory to the board of trustees appointed by the village president is subject to the advice and consent of the board of trustees.
