Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code and in addition, shall pay all legal and engineering costs and expenses involved in litigation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1114-83, 5-2-1983; amd. Ord. 2018-12-279, 12-3-2018)
Nothing herein shall prevent or impair the right of the Village to take such other lawful corrective action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation of the provisions of this chapter. All such costs connected therewith shall accrue to the person or persons responsible. (Ord. 1114-83, 5-2-1983)
