11-1-12: WATERCOURSE STANDARDS:

The village shall notify adjacent communities and the Illinois department of transportation, division of water resources and the federal insurance administration prior to any alteration or relocation of a watercourse. The flood carrying capacity within the altered or relocated portion of any watercourse shall be maintained. (Ord. 1114-83, 5-2-1983)
