11-1-5: MAPS AND PROFILES:
The flood insurance rate map no. 1703760001-0006 dated July 5, 1983, and amendments thereto, delineating A zones as areas that are susceptible to the base flood as prepared by the United States department of housing and urban development, federal insurance administration, and the flood insurance study, village of Lake Zurich dated January 5, 1983, are hereby adopted for the purpose of this chapter and filed as a record in the office of the village clerk. Other maps, profiles and technical data on file in the office of the village clerk should be consulted to the extent that such data is consistent with recognized and accepted engineering standards, such as:
   A.   Floods in the Lake Zurich quadrant northeastern Illinois, atlas HA-208.
   B.   Flood recognizance study, village of Lake Zurich, Lake County, prepared by PECO Enterprises, Inc., dated November 1980.
