A. Minimum Requirements: The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed as additional requirements to minimum standards required by other ordinances of the village. In case of conflicting requirements, the most restrictive shall apply.
B. Existing Laws: Before starting any of the work regulated by this chapter, the developer or applicant shall comply with the requirements set forth in other applicable ordinances, including, but not limited to, those regulating the submission and approval of preliminary and final subdivision plats 1 , improvement plans 2 , building and zoning permits 3 , inspections, appeals and other similar ordinances, along with the requirements set forth in this chapter, or any amendments thereto hereafter enacted or as may be required by any applicable law of the state of Illinois or rules or regulations of any department thereof, or of any applicable laws, rules or regulations of the United States or any agency thereof. Where provisions of this chapter are more restrictive than other requirements, this chapter shall apply. (Ord. 1114-83, 5-2-1983)
