A. The provisions of this chapter shall extend and apply to all land within the territorial limits of the village and, to the extent permitted by any applicable laws of the state of Illinois, to all unincorporated territory within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits of the village.
B. No provisions of this chapter are intended or shall be construed so as to take any property or to infringe upon or impair any existing property right. (Ord. 1114-83, 5-2-1983)
