10-7-10: FEES:
   A.   Conditions: (Rep. by 97-06-859, 6-16-1997)
   B.   Amount: Refer to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code. (Ord. 2018-12-279, 12-3-2018)
All such fees shall be payable to the Village by certified check or money order.
   C.   Recording Fees: In addition to the fees listed in subsection B of this section, the subdivider shall also bear the cost of recording the plat. (Ord. 89-08-335, 8-21-1989)
