2-3-3: PROCEDURE FOR MAKING LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS:

In recommending or making local improvements by special assessment, special service area, or other financing technique, the Board of Local Improvements shall comply with all public notice and hearing and all further requirements of applicable statutes.
