2-3-1: BOARD CREATED; MEMBERS; TERM OF OFFICE:
There is hereby created a Board of Local Improvements which shall consist of the Village President and all of the Board of Trustees who shall hold office as Village Trustees from time to time.
The term of office for each member shall expire May 1 of each year, or until his successor has been chosen and taken office.
