Any person, firm, corporation, or entity which violates any of the provisions of this title or other applicable codes or ordinances of the Village, or who disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this title, applicable Village codes and ordinances, the approved plans and documents of the building permit, or any certificate or other permit issued under the provisions of this title, is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction will be punished by a fine pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code for each offense plus the cost of prosecution.
