The provisions of this chapter do not preclude the village from using other methods or proceedings to enforce, and to adjudicate violations of, the provisions of this code or other codes or ordinances of the village, including, without limitation, the institution of an action in the Lake County circuit court, the United States district court, or any administrative body or proceeding.
