1-8-1: PURPOSE:
The purposes of this chapter are to provide for the fair and efficient enforcement of the village ordinances delineated in this chapter through an administrative adjudication process and to establish an appropriate schedule of fines and penalties. (Ord. 2010-01-692, 1-18-2010)
