A. Usage Charge: Irrigation only water supply services shall be permissible only for nonresidential users, and shall not be available for any dwelling unit. Every user of irrigation service shall pay the then effective rates outlined in section 7-5-21 of this chapter per one thousand (1,000) gallons or fraction thereof for all irrigation service used.
B. Minimum Service Charge: Every user of irrigation service only in the Village's corporate limits shall pay a minimum charge each billing period based on a usage of two thousand (2,000) gallons of service regardless of actual usage.
C. Penalty: Payment of invoices for irrigation only services is due upon receipt of invoice. A penalty pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code will be applied to the unpaid balance past the due date as shown on each monthly invoice.
