A. General: Any person who violates or assists in the violations of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a misdemeanor and shall be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code for each such violation. Each day on which, or during which, a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
B. Payments To Avoid Prosecution: Any person who receives a citation for a violation of this chapter may avoid prosecution by paying a fine pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code.
If payment in the amount of citation is not made within thirty (30) days after issuance of the citation, then a court appearance shall be required. (Ord. 2018-02-247, 2-5-2018; amd. Ord. 2018-12-279, 12-3-2018)
