7-4-11: STATE LAWS ADOPTED:
The Boat Registration and Safety Act 1 of Illinois is hereby incorporated by this reference and made a part of this Code. Any person violating the provisions of the aforementioned Act shall be deemed as having violated a provision of this Code, and any person charging such a violation shall do so by citing this chapter and section and in the specifications thereunder shall also set forth the section of the Boat Registration and Safety Act so violated. (1989 Code)
