7-3-7: VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES:
   A.   Penalty: Any person who violates any provision in section 7-3-1 or 7-3-2 of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code for each offense.
   B.   Payments To Avoid Prosecution: Any person who receives a citation for a violation of any provision in section 7-3-1 or 7-3-2 of this chapter may avoid prosecution by paying a fine pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code.
