When used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
OPEN-AIR MEETING: Any assemblage, demonstration or any congregation of citizens held outdoors and upon any public property for the purpose of hearing speakers or discussing some matter of common interest where the number of participants expected may reasonably be assumed to exceed fifty (50).
PARADE: Any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant or procession of any kind, or any similar display, in or upon any street, park or other public place in the Village. (1989 Code)
