The Director of Building and Zoning shall issue such permit upon compliance with applicable sections of this article. (1989 Code; amd. Ord. 95-02-712, 2-21-1995)
The fee for such permit, excluding public and quasi-public utilities operating under franchise with the Village, shall be pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code for excavation not in excess of three feet (3') in width and as determined for those in excess of three foot (3') widths.
The fee for street surface replacement shall be as set forth pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code. (1989 Code; amd. Ord. 2018-12-279, 12-3-2018)
