6-4D-18: SEAT BELTS:
Each driver and passenger of a motor vehicle operated on a street or highway in this Village shall wear a properly adjusted and fastened seat safety belt (in accordance with 625 ILCS 5/12-603.1). (Ord. 2021-09-434, 9-20-2021)
