6-4D-17: HEADPHONES AND HEADSET RECEIVERS:
No driver of a motor vehicle on highways within the Village may wear headphones or headset receivers while driving. This section does not prohibit the use of a single sided headset receiver in conjunction with a cellular telephone or the use of a headset receiver by a licensed amateur radio operator.
