Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code for each offense. Each day on which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. Any penalty provided pursuant to this section shall be in addition to any other service charge, fee, assessment, or penalty provided in this chapter. (Ord. 94-04-659, 4-18-1994; amd.
