A. False Alarm Service Charges: More than three (3) false alarms in a calendar year from a fire alarm system shall result in the imposition of the service charges pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code that shall be paid by the fire alarm user. B. Notification Of Charges: After the Lake Zurich Fire/Rescue Department has recorded three (3) false alarms within a calendar year from any fire alarm system, it shall notify the fire alarm user in writing, by first class mail or by direct service, of such fact and of the fact that additional false alarms will result in the imposition of response charges in accordance with this section. After additional false alarms, the Village shall invoice the fire alarm user for the response charges which have been imposed.
C. Payment Of Response Charges: All response charges shall be paid by the fire alarm user within thirty (30) days after receipt of the invoice tendered pursuant to subsection B of this section. (Ord. 94-04-659, 4-18-1994)
