By installing and maintaining a fire alarm system, every fire alarm user authorizes the Lake Zurich Fire/Rescue Department to enter on and into every property and structure serviced by a fire alarm system in the event of an activation of an alarm. Every fire alarm user shall indemnify and hold harmless the Village for all claims, demands, judgments, liability, costs, damages, and expenses, including attorney fees, that may arise from or out of or in any way relate to any alarm connection, any alarm activation, or any response thereto.
