Every application for a fire alarm user permit shall be filed with the Fire Chief on a form approved by the Village. Every such application shall include, among other things, plans and specifications for the fire alarm system sufficient for the Fire Chief to review all elements of such system. Every such application also shall include, among other things, the written certification of the fire alarm user that the fire alarm user will properly maintain, or will cause to be properly maintained, the fire alarm system at all times.
