5-2-10: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:

A. Penalty: Any person who violates any provision of section 5-2-7 or 5-2-8 of this chapter shall be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code for each offense.

B. Payments To Avoid Prosecution: For violations of section 5-2-7 or 5-2-8 of this chapter, any person that receives a citation for a violation of the aforementioned sections of this chapter may avoid prosecution by paying a fine pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code.
