A. County Regulations Adopted: The Lake County Board of Health ordinance, article X, rabies control, effective December 1, 1976, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as though fully set forth herein. A copy of such ordinance shall be kept on file in the Office of the Village Clerk.
B. Joint Agreement With County: The Village shall enter into a joint agreement with the County of Lake as provided in agreement III on file in the Office of the Village Clerk, and the Village President and Village Clerk are authorized to execute such agreement III on behalf of the Village. C. Penalties: The same penalties as provided in the Lake County Board of Health ordinance aforesaid shall apply to any violation of this section, said penalties being herein restated as follows: Any person violating or aiding in or abetting the violation of any provision of this section, or counterfeiting any certificate or tag, or making any misrepresentation in regard to any matter prescribed by this section, or resisting, obstructing or impeding the Health Department or an authorized officer in enforcing this section shall be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code.
