4-3A-4: CONTRACT FOR GARBAGE AND WASTE COLLECTION; RECYCLING:

The village, from time to time, may enter into a contract for the implementation of a program of garbage collection, landscape waste collection, and a curbside recycling program. The village president is authorized to negotiate such contract on behalf of the village, subject to approval by the board of trustees. (Ord. 2004-06-297, 6-21-2004)
