The annual registration fee is pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code. The fee must be paid to the Village at the time of registration. The fee is nonrefundable and may not be discounted or prorated for any reason. The annual registration fee is applicable to all projects that take place within that calendar year by that contractor. Notwithstanding the above, registrants are required to apply for and obtain permits for individual projects, and are required to pay the permit application fee for each project, as applicable.
