A construction contractor that violates any of the provisions of this chapter is subject to a penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 3 of this Code. Each day on which such violation continues is deemed to be a separate offense. The penalties applicable to construction contractors are pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code.
