A. General Offense: Any person who violates any provision of this chapter may be fined pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code. (Ord. 2006-08-435, 8-7-2006; amd. Ord. 2018-12-279, 12-3-2018)
B. Fraudulent Sales Act: In addition to imposition of a fine for a violation, this chapter shall be enforced in accordance with sections 10.5 and 11 of the Fraudulent Sales Act. All violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be reported to the Attorney General of the State of Illinois. (Ord. 2006-08-435, 8-7-2006)
