A. Standard Fees: Every applicant for a license or license renewal for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the Village must pay to the Village, at the time the application for a license is submitted, the following fees: (Ord. 2016-12-168, 12-5-2016)
1. Administrative Processing Fee: A nonrefundable fee pursuant to title 13, chapter 1, "Fee Schedule", of this Code immediately, plus, at the time of license issuance, a fee sufficient to cover all additional Village costs in processing the application. No such fee is required for a Class F, G, G-1, or H license. (Ord. 2016-12-168, 12-5-2016; amd. Ord. 2018-12-279, 12-3-2018)

B. License Language: All licenses shall contain the following language:
A license shall be purely a personal privilege, good for not to exceed one year after issuance. This license shall not constitute property and provided further that the renewal privilege herein provided for shall not be construed as a vested right which shall in any case prevent the board of trustees or village president and board of trustees from decreasing the number of licenses to be issued within the Village. This license therefore will remain subject to a change in its terms, as well as the provisions of all Ordinances now in force and that may hereafter be passed by the Village.
