3-2-7: FLORISTS:
   A.   Sanitary Regulations: Every location, place or establishment where the business of a florist is conducted, managed or carried on shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and free from vermin. No decayed, decaying, unwholesome, contaminated or diseased flowers or plants shall be allowed to remain in or about said establishment. Adequate and convenient washing and toilet facilities shall be provided.
   B.   Prohibited Acts and Conditions:
      1.   No person shall engage in the business of an itinerant florist in the Village, and such itinerant activities are hereby prohibited.
      2.   No licensee shall sell or offer for sale any flower or plant, the sale, use or possession of which is restricted by Federal or State law. (Ord. 93-12-627, 12-6-93)
   C.   Inspections: In addition to any inspection conducted pursuant to Chapter 1 of this Title 3, the Director of Building and Zoning shall inspect, as often as he or she deems necessary, all florist establishments to determine compliance with the provisions of this Code relating to health, sanitation and safety.
