A. Dispensing Motor Fuels: No motor fuels shall be dispensed at any filling station except into the fuel tank of motor vehicles, when such tanks are connected with the carburation system of such vehicles; provided, however, that individual sales up to five (5) gallons may be made in proper receptacles when painted and labeled in full conformity with State of Illinois law.
B. Application of Provisions: Any person maintaining or operating any storage tank for gasoline for the use of automobiles for the owner, lessee, employees or agents of such person shall comply with all of the regulations governing filling stations but shall not be required to pay a license fee.
