3-2-4: CIGARETTE VENDING MACHINES:

No person shall cause or allow any person under the age of eighteen (18) years to purchase any cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product in any form. Nor shall any person give away, sell or offer any cigarette, cigar or other tobacco product in any form to any person under the age of eighteen (18) years. (Ord. 93-12-627, 12-6-1993)
