A. License Required: No person shall install, keep, maintain or use an automatic vending machine in the village, or permit the installation of an automatic vending machine in the village, without first having obtained a license therefor.
B. Gumball Machines: No person shall install, keep, maintain or use a vending machine that dispenses items such as gumballs, nuts, trinkets, novelties and the like, commonly referred to as "gumball machines", in the village, or permit the installation of such a vending machine in the village, without first having obtained a license therefor.
