The location of any licensed business, activity or occupation may be changed after written notice served ten (10) days in advance on the village manager, provided that the new location of the business, activity or occupation is in full compliance with all provisions of this code and all other village codes, ordinances and regulations. The licensee, or the person in charge of the licensed premises, shall provide village personnel reasonable access to the new location to verify compliance with all such codes, ordinances and regulations.
