Every person conducting a licensed business, activity or occupation shall keep the applicable license posted in a prominent place on the business premises, licensed vehicle or licensed machine or device at all times. No license that is not currently in full force and effect shall be posted or displayed. Whenever the number of vehicles used is the basis, in whole or in part, for a license fee, the village manager shall furnish the licensee with a tag or sticker for each vehicle covered by the license.
