(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, an adult use consumer who uses adult use cannabis in public areas, or who violates paragraph (d)(2) or (d)(3) of Section 513.023, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(b) An employee or agent of an adult use dispensary licensed under this chapter who knowingly sells cannabis to an individual under twenty-one years of age is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
