(a) Members of the Public Art Advisory Board shall serve a term of three calendar years and receive no compensation for service. Initial appointment for members listed in Section 150.02(a) through (d) shall be staggered so that no more than two members' terms expire in a single calendar year. Appointees shall be eligible to serve no more than two full consecutive terms. The initial term shall be considered a full term.
(b) Any member, who, for reasons other than sickness or bona fide emergency misses two consecutive meetings within a calendar year, may be removed from the Board.
