Whoever fails to comply with a notice requiring abatement or removal of a violation or requiring compliance with any provisions of this section or any other applicable Codes or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense.
