"Place of assembly" means any church, theater, lunch room, meeting room, dance hall, school or auditorium, exposition hall, passenger depot, or any building or portion of any building in which twenty-five or more persons congregate for religious or entertainment purposes, or to witness performances or exhibitions, or to hear speakers, or to listen to music.
