1703.13 OWNER.

"Owner" means the owner(s) or occupant(s) of the premises, including a purchaser in possession, a mortgagee or receiver in possession, a life tenant, a lessee or joint lessees of the whole thereof or any other person, firm, corporation or fiduciary in control of the premises.
