1335.04 REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS.

Prior to the issuance of a permit, a contractor/applicant shall be registered as a contractor with the City pursuant to Chapter 1323 of these Codified Ordinances, and shall have all requisite insurance in place pursuant thereto. Chapter 1323 shall remain unchanged by this section.
