1329.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($ 200.00) for each offense. Each day that a sign is erected or maintained in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2-16. Passed 4-18-2016.)
