1325.04 AUTHORITY OF BOARD.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all new construction and construction which alters exterior elevations wheresoever situated within the City, including construction by the City. The painting of previously unaltered masonry or covering thereof by other methods, either in whole or in part, shall be considered an alteration to an exterior elevation. The Building Commissioner shall, as he deems necessary, file all drawings, data, reports and complaints received with the Architectural Board of Review respecting applications for building permits wherein the purposes of Section 1325.03 apply.
