(a) Applicants for registration shall apply at the office designated by the Building Commissioner and make application for registration on a form provided by the Commissioner.
(b) If the application is for a firm, partnership, corporation or other business association, the application shall contain the names and addresses of all members or officers, as the case may be. The application shall also contain such other relevant information as the Commissioner deems necessary. (Ord. 25-79. Passed 3-5-1979.)
