1309.13 AGGREGATE FLOOR AREA.

For the purposes of this chapter, the aggregate floor area shall be the sum of the gross horizontal areas at the several floors, including basements, cellars and attics that are at least fifty percent (50%) habitable. All horizontal dimensions shall be taken from the exterior faces of walls, including enclosed porches. (Ord. 76-06. Passed 12-18-2006.)
