1306.08 BUILDINGS CONVERTED INTO DWELLINGS.

No building or portion of any building not used as a dwelling or dwelling unit at the effective date of this Code shall be so used unless it is made to comply with all laws and ordinances applicable to the construction of buildings hereafter erected for use as dwellings or dwelling units. (Ord. 68-97. Passed 4-20-1998.)
